Another method
to resolve dissolution of marriage issues is by the
use of a mediator. While working as a mediator Mr.
Dempsey provides a safe environment in which each
person has the opportunity to express their needs,
opinions and desires. If you are represented
by an attorney,
they may participate in the mediation. A mediator
functions as a neutral third party who can and will
identify potential legal, financial and tax issues.
However, even though a mediator may also be an attorney; when
functioning as a mediator he/she cannot offer legal
advice to either party.
The outcome of the mediation is up to the
